What is Sports massage?
Sports massage utilises a variety of techniques to help alleviate the stress and tension that can build up in the body due to exercise. Symptoms such as muscle soreness, stiffness and fatigue occur due to frequent and high intensity training sessions. This may eventually hinder fitness levels and leave people vulnerable to injury.
How could a sports massage benefit me?
